Sales and Marketing Coordinator


工作描述Job overview

The main purpose of the role is to support Sales and Marketing team in China to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness in respect of logistical organization ofevents, co-ordination of FAM trips, agent database/contract management, andinventory management; facilitate Marketing team to prepare and execute marketing and branding materials. The role's daily job involves both external andinternal communication to ensure tasks are being completed; sometimes office administration work will be required from time to time.

Industry Events and Familiarisation Trips

  • Support the sales team to organise events, workshops and exhibitions. Provideon-site support to sales if required.

  • Assist in the organisation of familiarisation trips, including co-ordinating delegates' attendance, arranging flights, accommodation, restaurants and tourism.

  • Assist the sales team and overseas visitors with logistics, travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Collate and generate sales monthly plan from the sales team.


Agent Database and Contract Management

  • Support the sales team on maintenance of agent records as appropriate, in line with company procedures.

  • Ensure all agents are fully referenced and contracted in line with our agent management policy.

  • Data analysis and generate regular report for agents as required, such as key account weekly pipeline report.

  • Retrieve data from Connect as required.


Marketing Materials Distribution

  • Responsible for daily distribution of marketing collaterals and day-to-daycourier expenses.

  • Manage the distribution and delivery of marketing collateral and gifts to eventsand to agents.

  • Manage and control the inventory of the marketing materials in the Beijing warehouse.

  • Generate and track monthly inventory report.


Marketing Collaterals Facilitation

  • Work closely with sales team to produce branding materials as requested within the budget.

  • Communicate with vendors to ensure all materials are produced and delivered ontime with high quality.

  • General administration support to the sales and marketing team.

  • Other duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the sales and marketing department.


Office Administration

  • Assisting with general copying, filing and archiving of documents as required.

  • Assist with office relocation and office refurbishment.

  • Other duties as required to deliver office administration support.

  • Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent English (written and spoken) and Chinese (written and spoken).

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Aptitude for data analysis.

  • Educated to degree standard.

  • Strong advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with internal andexternal customers on the phone and in person.

  • Articulate and confident manner.

  • Good team player.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take the initiative.

  • Flexible approach to working, excellent time management.

  • A friendly professional manner and appearance.

  • Calm and clear-minded under pressure.
