Position①: Recruitment Marketing Manager, East China This role forms an integral part of the Amerigo Regional Recruitment & Marketing team and will be based in market. The position reports to the Senior Regional Director. The overall objective of the position is to support the development of the Amerigo business partner (agent) network, and to implement the marketing and recruitment plan for the region. Strong communication skills are required for this role, as are sales and marketing experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES • Meet recruitment and sales targets for each Amerigo partner school (by business partner and region) for Region • Support the Senior Regional Director, Student Recruitment in product training and development of recruitment partners • Deliver destination market specific sales coaching to business partners • Coordinate with Head Office and partner schools to ensure the sales toolkit is relevant and understood within the region MARKETING • Assist Senior Regional Director, Student Recruitment in developing annual marketing plan for Regional countries • Deliver presentations to large audiences of students and counsellors • Drive attendance for exhibitions, seminars, university visits and other recruitment drives • Assist with the preparation of country-specific advertising, editorial and promotional material • Support the preparation of promotional materials such as newsletters, posters, and testimonials • Utilize social media and modern digital technologies to disseminate information about the Amerigo schools FINANCIAL • Develop and manage budget and expenses • Provision of monthly financial reports to Regional Director , Student Recruitment BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Maintain effective relationships with Head Office to assist in future product planning and pipeline • Assist with new market, product and service development and/or improvement of Amerigo products & services GENERAL • Other projects as determined by the Senior Regional Director, Student Recruitment KEY QUALIFICATIONS • Strong written and oral capability in local language & English language • Possession of an Accredited 4-Year University Degree and/or 4-5 years of marketing & recruitment experience in education industry • Demonstrated deep relationships with business partners (agents) • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills • Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player • Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content),including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities • Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth • Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes • Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met • Ability to interact successfully with many different personality types and effectively develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization • Action oriented and an entrepreneurial thinker • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Must possess W.I.T. – willingness to do “whatever it takes”! • International study experience strongly preferred Location: Shanghai, China Position②: Recruitment Marketing Manager Amerigo Job Overview This role forms an integral part of the Amerigo Regional Recruitment & Marketing team and will be based in market.
