1、Provide accurate study options including living advice to prospective students and their parents. Being able to articulate on RMIT selection and admissions procedures.

为意向学生提供留学咨询，包括学校基本情况介绍、录取要求及申请方法等；

2、Comply with all relevant international education legislation and up to date with current knowledge of Department of Home Affairs requirements relating to international students.

为国际生提供签证方面的资讯信息；

3、Implement all student marketing and recruitment activities for the region to achieve international student enrolments against target for RMIT under the direction of the Regional Manager.

在所在地区进行招生宣传等活动，完成学校招生目标；

4、Actively contribute to the development of marketing and recruitment strategy and plans in consultation with the Regional Manager, to monitor and review performance against this plan on a regular basis.

积极参与所在地区的各种市场活动，制定招生计划方案；

5、Build and leverage relationships to deliver agreed recruitment and business development outcomes for the region including agents, sponsoring bodies, government agencies, alumni and other education institutions.

与教育机构、学校、校友、媒体、代理方、政府机构等建立并维持良好的关系；

6、Generate performance data, prepare evaluation reports and make recommendations on the outcomes of recruitment activities. Follow up on agent performance to achieve the set target and an ability to provide up to date market intelligence.

1、Demonstrate related work experience in the recruitment of international students and the promotion of educational services in the tertiary education sector.

具有国际招生或国际高等教育领域相关工作经验.

2、Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering result driven marketing campaigns on time and on budget.

3、Proven ability to exercise initiative, to think strategically and creatively, monitor and evaluate work performance to meet deadlines in a complex and demanding environment.

积极主动，富有创造性思维，抗压能力强；

4、High level interpersonal communication and negotiation skills combined with cultural sensitivity. Ability to work independently and achieve desired outcomes.

5、Demonstrated customer service and relationship management experience.

具有客户服务和关系管理经验；

6、Experience studying or working in Australia and/or fluency in both Chinese and English.

有在国外学习或工作的经验，或能流利掌握使用一门外语；

7、A relevant Bachelor degree and/or relevant international recruitment experience.

本科以上学历，或具有丰富的相关工作经验。

1、Regular travel within China and/or overseas to participate in recruitment activities.

定期在国内或海外出差，参加招生活动；

2、Flexibility to work after hours may be required.
