Position：

Social Media Marketing Executive（市场专员：社交媒体方向）

Job Responsibilities

• Generate impactful and meaningful content across all CGS’s (social) media accounts. It encompasses areas such as writing and editing social media posts, growing follower engagement, and planning/developing social media campaigns.

• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for our school aged customer stories, internal announcements videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide media projects.

• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, Translation、capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/SFX, media management and archiving project media.

• Collaborate closely with Sales team and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.

• Interact with followers, reply to queries promptly, and monitor their feedback.

• Stay up-to-date on new social media tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Creative Experience in running Chinese social media platform like WeChat, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu required.

• Highly visual communication skills

• Excellent Skill in photography and video editing, strong ability to produce and edit content for Chinese social platforms.

• Post-production for digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities shift on a regular basis.

• Exceptionally organized and can balance multiple calendars and deadlines.

• Excellent skill in both English and Chinese.
