Senior Recruitment Officer
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable you to work with us. Cardiff Metropolitan University East Asia Hub is focused on representing Cardiff Metropolitan University in the East Asia Hub, raising awareness, strengthening and developing relationships with partners, and seeking more market opportunities.1、Master the relevant information of the school, and use scientific and effective methods to promote and publicize.2、To undertake and complete the recruitment tasks of the prescribed channels independently.3、Responsible for student consultation and maintenance, and timely report analysis.4、Responsible for the maintenance of domestic study abroad institutions and partner institutions, and timely report and analysis.5、Responsible for the effective implementation of relevant visits, publicity, consultation, marketing activities, examinations and other work.6、Responsible for understanding, collecting and reporting relevant market information, and conduct certain analysis.7、Analyze enrollment situation timely and regularly, and make data analysis report.1、Love university and University East Asia Office.2、3 to 5 years working experience in school or overseas study industry. Experience in school recruitment consulting is preferred.3、Familiar with the overall process of UK university recruitment and the focus of work at different stages.4、Result-oriented and creative problem-solving skills.5、Strong communication and interpersonal skills.6、Strong learning and understanding ability, organization and coordination ability.7、Strong sense of team work.8、Able to work under certain pressure, can undertake certain intensity of overtime and business trip arrangement.9、Love international education industry, like study abroad related work.10、Good English written and oral communication skills.11、Proficient in office application software and database system.12、Education requirement: Master degree or above.1.
