The SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences is a private, state-recognized and accredited non-profit university with locations in Berlin, Dresden and Hamburg. Six schools combine modern management and entrepreneurship, media and creative industries, technology and IT, music and sound design in modern German and English-language courses. At the SRH universities, students learn in a purposeful and independent manner according to the specially developed study concept CORE (Competence Oriented Research and Education). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a " Regional Manager - China (f/m/d)" to join us as soon as possible on a full-time (40 hours/week) basis.

这个岗位的职责是

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with local education partners to build new business for the university. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

• Identify partnership opportunities B2B or B2I；

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and increase student recruitment in China；

• Nurture existing partner cooperations. Having already an agent   network would be a plus；

• Generate direct demand；

• Enhance the University’s online presence in China via managing its official social media accounts and Chinese website；

• Think critically when planning to assure project success.

我们期待你

• Bachelor's degree; studying abroad experiences would be a plus；

• A min. 3 years' prior business development experience, preferably in Higher Education industry；

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills；

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies；

• Focused and goal-oriented; proven target reach record；

• Native-level Chinese skills and fluent English skills; any knowledge of German would be a plus；

• Positioned in Beijing, Shanghai or other major cities；

• Able to travel .
