1. Develop internship/full-time application plans based on students' information and characteristics;2. Assist students to prepare for the interview, and deliver mock interviews based on the job description；3. Prepare behavioral questions training sessions, and lead students to prepare for4. Deliver timely and appropriate interview guidance and feedback based on students'1. Strong English expression skills;2. Strong ability to search, analyze and integrate information, able to analyze job3. Good at exploring the highlights of students' background experiences and helpingstudents prepare interviews;4. Strong time management skills, able to control the training time and interview5. Outstanding summary ability, review interview content to carry out effective feedback;6. Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete job responsibilities and tasks;7. U.S. study/career experience preferred学历要求：最低学历--海外本科（美国前 80 名大学本科毕业生优先）工作经验：1-3 年（美国留学后期申请或职业猎头类经验优先考虑）
