Job Title

Regional Manager for Partnership Support(Hybrid)


Job Purpose

As the Regional Manager for Partnership Support you be will be tasked with managing Oxford International Digital Institute’s partner universities’ in-country delivery English/Academic programme projects to make sure the operational aspect of all academic delivery are completed smoothly, as well as identifying and establishing partnerships with transnational and local education providers in China and developing, implementing and managing sales and marketing communications into these education centres, promoting Oxford International Digital Institute programs with a specific focus on recruiting in-country students into Oxford International Digital Institution.

This position requires the ability to analyse opportunities, create a compelling business solution, complete with detailed financial analysis, present the findings and propose specific recommendations. The Regional Manager for Partnership Support must possess a high degree of creativity, organisational and process development skills and have a proven track record with presenting to Senior Management. Based in our China office, and reporting to the regional Managing Director as well as a dotted reporting line into the regional Head of Business development , this position is a key part of OIDI’s in-country university partnership management and student recruitment project network.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Enhancing partnerships and delivering superior customer service to all partner universities’ China offices and secure English/Academic programme delivery projects with partner universities for OIDI.
  • Ensuring all in-country delivery projects are running smoothly and successfully,providing timely support to the tutors and students and making sure the teaching venues are in good condition.
  • Seeking and establishing partnerships with education providers of domestic and transnational education.
  • Establishing articulation and commercial agreements with partners.
  • Growing sales through the creation and management of commercial partnerships and through product development opportunities.
  • Devising and implementing suitable recruitment and marketing campaigns to promote OIDI programs to locally educated students.
  • Providing professional education advice and counselling services to education providers, parents and students.
  • Representing OIDI programs at key promotional events in the region.

Statutory requirements-Essential
  • Eligibility to live, work and/or travel freely in the designated region.
  • Meets statutory and organisational child-safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications-Essential
  • Educated to a minimum of degree level.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a transnational education environment.
  • Proficiency in languages relevant to the market.
  • Experience of executing sales plans and targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of the designated region.

Experience and knowledge-Essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial educational   environment.
  • Proficiency in languages relevant to the market.
  • Experience of designing sales plans and of target setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the designated region.

Desirable
  • Training in a recognised sales and marketing programme.
  • Experience of delivering transnational education projects.
