高级商务拓展经理

• 负责在高等教育领域建立强大的网络，支持公司全球合作伙伴关系；

• 负责与管理团队沟通建立和实施新的合作关系拓展战略；

• 始终以超越预期为目标，及时交付合作伙伴相关的沟通和报告；

• 管理并维护海外院校的合作关系，确保双方合作关系长久稳定；

• 发展新的院校合作关系，并与管理团队沟通，负责制定和实施新的合作战略；

• 团队协作，及时实施市场营销活动；

• 完成岗位内任何其他职责和活动，推广公司产品，树立品牌形象；

• 及时发现问题并解决。

我们期待你

• 本科学位，有学术合作关系拓展和管理经验；

• 具备英国和国际高等教育相关知识；

• 有在多元文化或国际环境中与外部利益相关者、同事和客户合作的经验；

• 有成功的项目管理经验；

• 有英国高等教育机构国际办公室或校方代表工作经验；

• 目标驱动性强。

薪资待遇

30000-35000元/月

Position

Senior Business Development Manager

The role will

• Build strong networks within higher education sector to champion company Global partnership.

• Work closely with Senior Management to develop and execute a strategic partnership plan;

• Deliver planned partnership activity, events, communication and reporting in a timely manner, always aim to exceed expectations;

• Review and update with the network of existing university partners to ensure that there are plans in place for each partner and that the relationship is being maximised for both parties;

• Develop new university relationships and be responsible for creating and implementing the new business strategy in consultation with management team;

• Laising with individuals and teams across Uoffer Global to implement marketing campaigns run to deadline;

• To carry out any other duties and activities appropriate to the role, which contribute to and enhance the image and efficiency of the Company as a whole.

• Facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues.

• An undergraduate degree and experience in academic partnership management and development;
• Knowledge of the UK and international Higher Education sector;
• Experience of working with external stakeholders, colleagues and clients in a multicultural or international environment desirable;
• Experience of managing successful change and project management;
• Experience of working in International Office of UK Higher Education Institutions
• Be target-driven and tenacious;
