Job Description

The Assistant Recruitment Managers assist in executing astudent recruitment strategy across Central China and South China. Duties include management of UD’s regional network of recruiters, schools,and universities, along with building and managing direct-to-student marketing campaigns that drive enrollments to the University of Delaware.

Main Duties

1）Act as the partner to the Recruitment Manager toexecute UD’s student recruitment strategies.

2）Represent the University of Delaware atextensively at external recruitment / agents / school and college events throughout China.

3）Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth entry into UD.

4）Give accurate information, build strong andlasting relationships with current and prospective students, families, faculty,staff, agents, partners, high schools, and other external institutions.

5）Deliver high quality presentations about UD andother aspects of higher education both on and off campus.

6）Contribute to the evaluation and development of the University’s student recruitment activities;maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment,monitoring enrollment trends, and reporting on all phases of recruitmentprocess.

7）Execute efficient and streamlined processes for all stages of the recruitment process (inquiry, application, assessment, offer,acceptance, visa applications, orientation, etc.) with a strong focus on conversion of inquiries to applications.

8）Maintain maximum levels of competitor awareness,product knowledge, and market intelligence.

9）At all times to carry out your responsibilities with due regard to UD’s policy.

10）Any other duties appropriate to the role as requiredby the line manager or supervisors.

Requirements

1）Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution,preferably with major in marketing, communications, business, internationalrelations etc.；

2）UD alumni are preferred；

3）At least two years of experience related to theduties in the international education/recruitment industry；

4）Strong sales and account management skills；

5）Strategic-minded and sales-driven, with strongdrive for results, and pressure-resilient；

6）Excellent skills in organizing and coordinating；

7）Excellent communication and presentation skills；

8）Exemplary customer service skills and ability tofoster a customer service ethic within the work team；

9）Willingness to travel.
