斯威本科技大学（Swinburne University of Technology）始建于1908年，位于澳大利亚维多利亚墨尔本市，是有近百年历史的澳洲名校。斯威本科技大学是一所综合型公立大学，亦是澳大利亚唯一一所应邀成为欧洲创新大学联合会（ECIU）成员的大学，并是一所设有TAFE学院的公立大学。

Recruitment Manager, North China

这个岗位的职责是：

Recruitment Manager, North China will play a key role achieving student recruitment targets through the agent channel in China.

Key services will include：

1、Maintain key agent relationships, provide university course updates to all agents in north China region;

2、Support agents with student enquiries via digital channels;

3、Participate agent exhibitions and represent university;

4、Identify new business opportunity;

5、Plan and organize the recruitment events hosted by university;

6、Provide market related feedback;

7、Assist academic staff China trip whenever it relates with international student recruitment.

The role will involve extensive travel in China, and some events will be on weekends. There may be opportunity for staff training in Australia.

To be appointed to the contract, you will have:

1、Completion of a degree or diploma qualification,

2、At least 2 years of study experience in Australia or other English speaking country;

3、Fluent in English and Mandarin;

4、Relevant work related experience in managing an indirect sales channel and achieving successful sales outcomes;

5、Creative thinking and demonstrated ability to work independently;

6、Experience of building personal brand on popular social media platforms in Mandarin.

Partner Recruitment Manager China

这个岗位的职责是：

Partner Recruitment Manager will play a key role achieving student recruitment targets through partnership in China. The position will be based out of Beijing, responsible for maintain relationship with partner institutions, develop and implement recruitment strategy, organize on-campus recruitment events and achieve the enrolment target set by university.   

Key services will include:

1、Maintain the existing partnership, provide update university information to institution, teachers and students;

2、Monitor the partnership agreement and ensure it is up to date.   

3、Work closely with China Liaison office and Recruitment Managers, Identify new business opportunity and partnership through agent network;

4、Plan and organize the recruitment events hosted by university;

5、Assist academic staff China trip whenever it relates with international student recruitment.

6、Provide market related feedback, and ensure Swinburne offer is competitive in the market;

7、Support agents with student enquiries via digital channels;
