Reporting Line

This position report to ICF leader based in UK.

Key accountabilities and duties

To act as a project initiator to help to set up the ICF programme and start to implement on the ground in China.

• Reviewing existing internal & external research & thinking

• Developing marketable propositions for both graduates & employers

• Conducting interviews / discussions with student representatives and employers (with some support)

• Engaging with key INTO teams – the UACs, relevant ROs, and the broader ICF team – on how services could be delivered

• Building a simple budget model

• Defining an implementation plan for a trial

Requirements

1. Rich experience on building both business plans and community propositions;

2. Experience on working on a start-up or scale-up focused on building a community as a consultant is desirable;

3. Be able to work independently with limited direction;

4. A graduate from a UK or US university;

5. Fluent in English;

6. Ideally based near Suzhou or Shanghai;

7. Be available immediately and last for the next 8-10 weeks.

Project Length

Can start immediately and last for 8-10 weeks.

Salary

A very competitive salary will be offered based on qualifications and experience.

Working Pattern:

working from home and ideally to be based in Shanghai or Suzhou.
