Position: Student Assistant (part time)
Deadline: 15th June 2020
Location: The Consulate General, Shanghai
Overview of Daily Tasks
• News production, content for social media, translation, press contact
• Assisting with delegation visits, cultural and Public Diplomacy events
• Assist with translations during presentations and visits
• Assist with production of posters, invitations, logos, etc.
• Photographing and videographing at events
• Ad hoc tasks for the commercial department
Requirements
• Second or third year Master student, available to work at least 20 hours a week
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese
• Structured approach to assignments and strong multi-tasking ability
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Familiarity and facility with social media tools and experience in promotions is preferable
• Experience in photographing, film making/editing and graphic design
